Halloween Dress-Up Competition – Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter. The promoter is Dewynters on behalf of Crossroads Live, company no.197585, whose registered office is 125 Strand, London WC2R 0AP (“the Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility. The promotion is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, Beetlejuice The Musical, and their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. Opening and closing dates. The promotion opens at 1.30pm and closes at 2.20pm for the 2.30pm performance and opens at 6.30pm and closes at 7.20pm for the 7.30pm performance on 31 October 2026.
  4. How to enter. Come dressed in a Beetlejuice inspired outfit to either the 2.30pm or 7.30pm performance of Beetlejuice at the Prince Edward Theatre on Saturday 31 October 2026.
  5. The prize. The prize is an onstage photo with the Beetlejuice cast on Saturday 31 October 2026 at the Prince Edward Theatre. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, merchandise or any other costs unless stated. The prize must be taken as stated. No cash alternative is offered. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
  6. Show-specific conditions. If the production is cancelled or postponed due to an event outside of the Promoter’s control, no other compensation will be given.
  7. Winner selection. 1 winner from each performance will be selected at random on Saturday 31 October 2026.
  8. Notification and claiming. The Beetlejuice Company Manager will notify you in person if you have been selected at 2.25pm for the 2.30pm performance and at 7.25pm for the 7.30pm performance.
  9. Winner announcement. The winners’ surnames will be available on request by emailing [email protected] within one month of the closing date. The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity. This is not a condition of winning.
  10. Social media. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. Entrants release the platform from all liability connected with the promotion.
  11. Data protection. Personal data will be used only to administer the promotion and deliver the prize, in line with UK GDPR and the Promoter’s privacy policy at https://www.dewynters.com/privacy-and-cookies/
  12. General. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these terms or entered fraudulently. The Promoter isn’t responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Entry means acceptance of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
