Beetlejuice Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) terms and conditions:
By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these
terms and conditions.

This Promotion is run by Beetlejuice London
Limited (company no 16532906) whose
registered address is 45 Monmouth Street,
London, England, WC2H 9DG (the “Promoter”) and administered by Dewynters Limited
of Elsley Court, 20-22 Great Titchfield Street,
London, W1W 8BE.

How to enter
-
In order to enter this Promotion, entrants must
have entered your email address to sign up to
the Beetlejuice mailing list and opted-in to
entry in to the prize draw.

Entrants must be aged 21 years or over and
resident in the UK. You must prove that you have
met the entry criteria if we ask you to.

Employees of Beetlejuice London Limited,
Dewynters Limited, any affiliate companies,
their immediate families, agents or anyone else
connected with the Promotion is not eligible for
entry into the Promotion.

The Promotion starts at 10:00am on 25th September 2025 and closes at 23:59pm (UK time)
on 27 October 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Any entries received outside the
Promotion Period will be void.

Entrants may make a maximum of one entry per
person during the Promotion Period. Any
illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will
be rejected. No purchase of any product or
service is required to enter into this
Promotion.

Winner and Prize
-
The prize is as follows: One winner will win
two return economy flights to New York
on Virgin Airlines, a double room
for three consecutive nights in the
‘Tempo’ by Hilton hotel in New York
Times Square (address: 1568 Broadway, New York
City, NY, 10036, US ) and two tickets to see
BeetleJuice the Musical on Broadway only. All
elements of the prize are subject to
availability and date exclusions apply. The
prize must be booked by 7th November
2025. The trip must occur from 1st November 2025
and 18th December 2025 or the prize will be forfeited. The
promoter is not responsible for any airline, hotel,
performance cancellations, insurance costs or any
costs in excess of the prize already stated. In the
event of cancellations out of the promotor's control
such as hotel cancellations, airline cancellations
etc. the winner is responsible for their own alternative
travel and/or hotel arrangements. Winner and his/her
guest must comply with all relevant customs, security
and immigration requirements, including appropriate
passport and visa requirements. Winner and his/her
guest are responsible for holding a passport with
at least six months validity remaining after the
return to the UK and must organise relevant visas
where required. The prize does not include,
nor is the promotor responsible, for any other costs
that may be incurred on the trip of the prize winner
(e.g. passport expenses, travel insurance, visa expenses,
taxis or transport costs from the airport, food or
drink costs, spending money). Any expenses aside
from flights, hotel and tickets are the responsibility
of the prize holder. Date exclusions, where
the prize cannot be claimed on or over are: October
31st 2025, November 27th to 29th 2025, December 19th 2025 to January
3rdThe prize is subject to SHINE and
other third party terms such as ticket terms and
their privacy policy will apply to the
processing of the winner’s personal
information. For reasons outside the
Promoter’s control, the date or location
of any events-based prize may be changed on
short notice or the event cancelled. Promoter
will not be liable for any such changes or
cancellation and no alternative prize will be
provided.
- There will be one winner and one prize.

The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable
and there is no cash alternative offered save
that the Promoter reserves the right to provide
a prize of equal value if a prize is unavailable
for any reason.

Selection of the winner
-
The winner will be the first entrant randomly
selected from all entries correctly submitted in
accordance with these terms and conditions by
the 28th October 2025.

Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
-
The winner will be contacted on the date of the
draw by email. If a selected winner does not
respond to the notification within 2 days, the
prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be
selected from the remaining eligible entries in
accordance with the process described above (and
that winner will also have 2 days to respond to
their notification).

The prize will be delivered, or details with
instructions on how to book or obtain the prize
will be communicated, to the winner within a
reasonable time and by no later than three days
after the prize has been accepted.

Personal Information

Please note that your personal information will
be used to process your entry, to contact you
about your entry, and for the purpose outlined
in paragraph 6.2 below. Please see our privacy
policy at https://beetlejuicemusical.co.uk/privacy-policy/ for more details regarding how the Promoter will
use your personal information.

The Promoter is required to either publish or
make available information that indicates a
valid award took place. As such, the surname and
county of the winner can be obtained by sending
a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Dewynters,
Beetlejuice Prize Draw, Wellington House, 125
Strand, London WC2R 0APdetailing your request
within 30 days of the closing date. If the
winner objects to this information being made
available, they should inform the Promoter at
the earliest opportunity using the email
[email protected]. The winner
acknowledges that the Promoter may still be
required to share their details with the
Advertising Standards Authority.

General

The Promoter's decision as to the winner of the
prize is final and binding on the participants.
The Promoter will not enter into correspondence
with participants in relation to this decision.

The provision of the prize does not imply
endorsement by the Promoter of any third parties
concerned in any way with the Promotion. Any
complaints or queries relating to the use of the
prize should be directed to the prize
provider.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotional
materials, this Promotion is in no way
sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with, the manufacturer or service
provider of the relevant prize. Participants are
providing their information to the Promoter and
not to the manufacturer or service provider of
the relevant prize (although, if a participant
wins, their details may be disclosed to the
prize provider in order to provide them with the
prize).

Participants must not do anything illegal and/or
dangerous and/or that would put themselves or
others at any risk with the prize or in
connection with the Promotion in any
way.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to
cancel, modify or amend any element of the
Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions. Any
such cancellation or any material amendment will
be notified by posting the updated Terms and
Conditions on the Promoter’s website. The
Promoter is not responsible for any loss or
damage caused to you as a result of any event
outside the Promoter’s control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by
English law. The courts of England and Wales
shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any
dispute or claim arising in association with the
Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.
